Hi, I’m Coach Michael — founder of Traveling to Train. With over two decades of experience, I help seniors, adults, and youth build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in a way that fits their life.
As an ISSA-certified trainer with advanced credentials in senior and group fitness, I focus on safe, effective programs that support long-term health. My master-level background in martial arts shaped the discipline I bring to every session — but today, my full focus is helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay active at every stage of life.
